Training
We provide meaningful, memorable, relevant training for students or staff. Our experienced facilitators will help participants understand the theory behind good communication and how to apply this in their daily work.
Learning outcomes are linked to professional codes of conduct, organisational values and government health care and social care priorities. We work with highly skilled and trained actor role players, also known as simulated patients, to create real-to-life scenarios which provide opportunity for live skill rehearsal in situations with a specific focus on developing interpersonal and communications skills.
The actor role players portray patients, relatives, colleagues and staff within scenarios, which we write and design to meet the client organisations’ learning outcomes. We translate real situations and patient/colleague stories into scenarios.
