We work with Royal Colleges, county councils, air ambulance organisations, independent and private sector businesses. We facilitate sessions with actor role players or we simply provide actor role players for organisations’ own own training, exams, films and e-learning.

Specialist Trainee

As part of our dietetic student training, students are expected to carry out an Objective Structured Clinical Examination (OSCE) prior to placement to assess communication skill ability. SimComm is immensely well organised and has an extremely focussed attitude to providing the right actors for the simulations.

Compassion and empathy cannot be taught through a power point presentation, but through experiential learning, participants are empowered in their delivery of empathetic and compassionate care. These training sessions embed the Trust Values, guiding skills in an innovative and effective manner ensuring that front line staff are developed and supported in the delivering safe, kind patient care.
